1. No dog/puppy/bitch is intended for any illegal purposes.

2. Under no circumstances will this dog/bitch/puppy be sold/leased/donated/autioned or given to any pet store/

whole saler/lab or similar facility.

3. This dog/bitch/puppy in the seller's opinion at this time of sale is show/breed/pet/protection/weight puller

quality. This dog/puppy/bitch  is no way guaranteed to breed or show and no behavioral traits of this animal

are guaranteed.

4.It is understood by both parties that all sales are final and no guarantee whatsoever is given with the sale of

the above mentioned animal. Hereditary/Genetics or health wise the purchase price reflects this guarantee.

5. This dog/bitch/puppy is in good health. You have 48 hours to get a veternarian ched, if during this period this animal is found to have a congenital defect/is extremely unhealthy, (internal parasites and vermin expected) you may return this animal with replacement of equal or full refund at the descretion of AMPXKennels. What is not covered in our health guarantee: (Demodex mites or any kind of mange). A signed statement from a vet must accompany this animal

and must be verified bu seller's vet. All vet bills incurred are the buyers responsibility. Seller is not responsible for this dog/bitch/puppy in any way. The purchase price reflects this guarantee.

This document is to certify the agreement between both the owner (AMPXKENNEL) and the Co Owner:(__________________________)is legal and binding.

This agreement is for two puppies back and female is to be bred to a stud of our (AMPXKENNEL) choice.

If this female is champed out at any legal event we will only take one pup. Confirmations Show,Weight pull, agility, ect.....

This female is worth _________ so if you do not comply with this agreement in anyway you are responisble to pay for the female in full.

Female will be under (AMPXKENNEL) name (Norma Richardson) until she's bred and we recieve our pup/s or she is paid for as agreed on.

Upon receiving this female you will be required to pay:

In the event any other stud is used on this female we will void all paperwork, which means:

The Co Owner (______________________________), will be responsibly for registration of litter when female is bred.

All vet bills are the responibility of the Co Owner (____________________________) not AMPXKENNEL, (Norma Richardson). This includes shots, dewormings, if the dog gets sick or the breeding requires a C-section, ect...........

After we receive our pup/s and paperwork from the registration then we will sign over the female to the Co owner which then makes you full owner of this female.

If you can not keep this female she is to be returned to AMPXKENNEL,

(no refund for your paper work will be given).

For your registration papers and litter registratoin please send all money orders, personal checks (pending verificatoin), certified checks (pending verification) OVER NIGHT MAIL.
